Here is an update on our services going forward:
If you need assistance with:
- Repair – email support@cayabc.org
- Returning Equipment – contact shipping@cayabc.org for further instruction
- Using your communication system – email your SLP or SLP Assistant.

Steps We’re Taking to Provide Service:
- SLPs and SLP Assistants are continuing to see clients in a variety of ways
- Staff are gradually returning to work in our offices
- Please do not drop by a CAYA office without calling first
- We are completing a health screening checklist every morning
- We are maintaining physical distancing strategies
- We are washing our hands and using hand sanitizer
- We are wearing PPE in appropriate situations
- We are cleaning all equipment according to our infection control protocol
- We are following the recommendations of our employers, the BC Provincial Health Officer, and WorkSafe BC
Making a Referral:
- AS OF SEPTEMBER 7, 2021, ALL SIGNATURES WILL BE REQUIRED ON REQUESTS FOR SERVICE
- Request For Service (RFS) forms with ALL signatures will be accepted via mail or fax only
- Our staff will be contacting you to request all legal signatures for RFS forms submitted between March 2020 and September 2021.
